As we celebrate our 32nd anniversary, we are proud to say that we still have numerous employees who started with our firm during the early years. This is especially true in our technical divisions – Claims, Policy Issuance and Accounting. The average tenure in these departments is over 17 years. These employees are the backbone of GSR.
As the energy industry evolves, the insurance industry must be able to keep pace with the changes and be able to respond to the needs of our clients. Over the years GSR has been at the forefront of creating new products that were specifically developed to fit the needs of our clients. Offshore Equipment, Downhole Equipment, WELLSURE®, Chaucer and several other facilities were designed by our employees to meet the challenges facing our clients. Their experience allows them to address the changing world by drawing upon information they possess from past industry shifts leading to the development of products our clients need.
